3.Customer friendly e.g.: easy exit and entrance for the customers.
4.Ample parking for customers
5.Close to the business or normal trading areas.
6.Close to or between motor related businesses.
7.Near to banks.
8.Rentals must be reasonable and affordable for the specific area.

1.Approximately 300 sq.m
2.4 metres ceiling height
3.Concrete floor painted battleship grey.
4.Three phase power
5.Minimum of 3 working bays
6.Sufficient lighting
7.Parking space minimum 4 cars
8.Reception area
9.Customer waiting area
10.Small kitchen with wash up basin
11.Ablution blocks and toilets for both staff and customers
12.Customer friendly entrance and exit
13.Street visibility
14.Sufficient space for pole and fascia signage
15.Waste bin area for the old exhausts.
